June 2024 is the 23rd "Safety Production Month" in China. The theme of this year's Safety Month is "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows emergency - unblocking the passage of life". In order to further improve the level of enterprise safety production management, Jiheng Group Blue Sky Sairui Company has formulated a series of strengthened and improved training plans, which are currently being implemented and promoted one by one.

   1. During the Dragon Boat Festival, Jiheng Sairui Company organized a special training session on the Safety Technical Specification for Ammonium Nitrate and the Safety Handling Guidelines for Abnormal Production Conditions in Chemical Enterprises (Trial). This training was taught by Xiong Gang, the Vice President of the company and one of the drafters and compilers of the Safety Technical Specification for Ammonium Nitrate. Before the training, the company arranges relevant functional departments and workshops to compare and verify each item according to two standards, allowing management personnel at all levels to listen to the class with questions. During the training, Mr. Xiong provided a detailed explanation of the standard documents based on the actual situation of the company and conducted on-site Q&A.

    This training aims to enhance the understanding and mastery of relevant standards among company personnel, in order to better guide practical work. After the training, the company immediately organized a quiz to test the effectiveness of the training.

    2. In order to further improve the safety management of special operation sites, on June 17th, the Safety Department of Jiheng Sairui Company organized special training for guardians for special operation supervisors of each vehicle in combination with GB30871, abnormal working condition handling guidelines, emergency response, and other contents.

General responsibilities for guardians in GB30871

a) Check the safety work permit before starting work. The safety work permit should match the job content and be valid within the validity period; Verify that all safety measures in the safety work permit have been implemented.

b) Confirm that the relevant operators hold valid qualification certificates for their work.

c) Verify that the personal protective equipment provided and used by the operators meets the requirements of the operation.

d) Inspect and supervise the behavior of operators and on-site safety working conditions, and be responsible for safety coordination and communication at the work site.

e) When abnormal situations occur at the work site, the work should be suspended and safe and effective measures should be taken for emergency response; When the operator violates regulations, they should be stopped in a timely manner. In serious cases, the safety work permit should be revoked and the operation should be suspended. 

f) During the homework period, the guardian should not leave the work site without authorization and should not engage in activities unrelated to the guardian. When it is necessary to leave the work site, the safety work permit should be collected and the work should be suspended.

    3.To strengthen the safety management of outsourced construction, on June 20th, Jiheng Lantian Company conducted centralized training for the management personnel of outsourced construction units for the 50000 ton/year purified phosphoric acid project. One is to provide warning education based on various accident cases during the construction process across the country, to enhance the safety awareness of external construction management personnel. The second is to provide a systematic explanation of the "Guidelines for Safety Management of Chemical Enterprise Contractors" (T-CCSAS014-2022) in combination with the current and future safety supervision situation, to cultivate the safety literacy of external construction management personnel.
